The apartment was perfect! Very warm, comfortable and the host was amazing. I was allowed an early check in and a late check out, because my bus was late in the evening. Communication was great, and all my requests were addressed promptly.
I really liked a "welcome pack" in the fridge. After long journey it was great to find some cheese and cured meat + juice, jam, fruit and other food in the fridge.
The bed was very comfy as well.
Location is great - just a walking distance from the old city center and a big park just behind the house. Absolutely loved it!
It was my first trip to Bosnia and I loved the kindness and welcoming nature of Bosnian people. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Probably the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in. I was especially pleased with the syrup for the coffee. Thank you.
We also used the washing machine and clothes dryer because we came from the Hungarian thermal baths.
It was a bit inconvenient that we had to call to hand over the keys, as calling outside the EU is expensive here, as is data.
We found the last free parking space next to the entrance. We didn't know that you could drive from the other side of the house, where there are more parking spaces.
The accommodation has air conditioning, but only in the living room, not in the bedroom.
The bathroom was a bit cramped.
I would appreciate separate blankets instead of double blankets (1 blanket for 2 people)
