Cheap. Quiet in off season. Close to salt lake and park. Good heating.
No stove or anything to cook with.
Curtain not efficient to block light. Very bright after sunrise.
There was indeed some smell first entering the room. Should be from laundry.
Distant from groceries or restaurants in city center. About 650 m or 10 minutes walk to buy anything. (can order food on Glovo)

They managed to check me in after the check in time (the owner lives next door).
Quiet area.
Location is great! close to many shops and restaurants.
There are some plates, glasses and utensils.
No trash bins.
No toilet paper (they replaced it with a bottle of water!).
The only hot water tap is in the shower; all other taps are cold water only.
Yes, there is an Ac; no, there is no AC's remote control!
The owner does not speak English.
No microwave or stove/oven.
