View was spectacular. Room was huge and had everything we needed for an amazing stay, plus it was beautifully landscaped and designed. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional - having someone on the street to help with traffic and luggage was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious

One of the butlers was less good than the others - took us 3 tries to check out because we were charged *less* than we consumed, and he neither apologized nor said thank you

My experience was nothing short of amazing. As a first timer in Bali, I was wowed at the reception I received by the staff. Particularly Roy and Indra who were our private butler. The room offered breathtaking views, the kind that stays with you long after you’ve left. Everything was excellently put together, from my pool decoration to my private romantic birthday dinner. The food was a hit, we loved every dish. It was clear throughout our stay that the staff took genuine pride and joy in making each guest’s experience memorable. Their warmth felt authentic, not scripted and that made all the difference. We would be back, cos honestly, who doesn’t like to be in pampered.
