My experience was nothing short of amazing. As a first timer in Bali, I was wowed at the reception I received by the staff. Particularly Roy and Indra who were our private butler. The room offered breathtaking views, the kind that stays with you long after you’ve left. Everything was excellently put together, from my pool decoration to my private romantic birthday dinner. The food was a hit, we loved every dish.
It was clear throughout our stay that the staff took genuine pride and joy in making each guest’s experience memorable. Their warmth felt authentic, not scripted and that made all the difference.
We would be back, cos honestly, who doesn’t like to be in pampered.

We stayed at The Ridge Bali for two nights in Ubud and everything was absolutely perfect. We truly loved every single aspect of our stay.
From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. The driver arranged by the hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He picked us up from the airport, later took us to another city in Bali, and also provided us with a fantastic tour. His service made our trip even more special.
The hotel itself is outstanding. The reception service was spectacular, always professional, warm, and attentive. They were fully available 24 hours a day and very easy to contact via WhatsApp, which made everything extremely convenient.
Our room was excellent: beautifully designed, very comfortable, and with stunning views. The facilities are very new, modern, and impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the in-room massage service, which was absolutely amazing. The two therapists who came to our room were outstanding — truly one of the best massage experiences we’ve had.
Finally, the views from the breakfast area and the pool are breathtaking, and the breakfast service itself was extraordinary. High-quality food, great service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
