Very spacious, very clean and tidy, lots of charm to the house beautiful decking area with wonderful views. It had everything we needed and more.

We used the property as a base for Yosemite, even though it was an hour drive from the property to the national park. The property was a great place to relax after a busy day. We used the large supermarket in Mariposa to purchase provisions which was only a short drive away. The property was extremely spacious; huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs (one being en-suite). The facilities available were excellent including a separate washer and dryer. The view was amazing from the veranda and was so peaceful and quiet. Basic provisions inc tea, coffee, oil, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent all available.
Being very picky here but oven instructions would have been helpful. An air fryer would be an added bonus.
