    Clear and concise instructions on check in process. Checking in and out is all virtual. Very warm and cosy accomodation. Large refrigerator, oven, sofas, dishwasher, etc. All that you need for daily life is there. Laundry available in the garage, detergent pods available too! There’s a security personnel on duty too at the lobby. Can’t find any bad things about this accomodation. 10mins ride to universal studios and 15mins away to Griffith Observatory. A very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Will definitely consider coming back here for my next trip to LA.

    Overall worth for value at that location. Not so bad cleanliness but bathroom sink clogged easily, cleanliness in bathtub can be improved more. However, overall is worth the value.

    Cute little studio type hotel, it felt more cozy compared to usual hotels with the added kitchen, living room, dining table situation. It’s self check in, HOWEVER staff didn’t send me check in instructions or parking, so getting there was a bit frustrating since it’s located on a busy street and I had no way to park and contacting help took a bit of time. The also didn’t send me check in instructions so I had to walk around and find staff so they could contact the company for help. Also parking fee was $55 a night which is extremely pricy, but if you’re here for buisiness/ travels and want a homey hotel I’d pick this. Maybe just make sure you receive an email from the company about check in instructions.

    We had a very poor experience during our stay. The check-in process was frustrating and inefficient. Things only got worse once we reached our room, as it had an unpleasant, foul odor. While we complained to management about the smell and received a response within an hour, the overall stay was far from restful. To make matters worse, there was a continuous, loud knocking noise coming from the bathroom that lasted the entire night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Between the initial check-in delay, the room odor, and the night-long noise disruption, this fell far short of acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here until they address their maintenance and service quality.
