Great location if you’re looking to explore what Oman has to offer. Lovely coffee shop called Azure close by and local restaurant called Ramssa. Nice park next to the property for a stroll at night.

No shower curtain which was tricky on a tiled floor. Old building so you can hear a lot of noise at night when people are coming back home after being out for the day. Was not aware until I had left that property only accepted cash or PayPal. Had a bit of back and forth with the property on this issue.

Było kilka małych rzeczy, ale personel był pomocny i starał się je likwidować.

The room was enormous! It gave me so much nostalgia! Very late 80s early 90s Mansion. I loved everything about the stay. My two kids loved running around the outdoor spaces. And I enjoyed the smell of the old cupboards in the giant walk in closet. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. The place was super quiet. It felt like we were the only ones there, even though I witnessed a few other guests. The bathroom was clean and updated. There was no official check in lobby, just a kind and lovely lady named Fatemeh who showed us around. She didn't speak much English, but she was so friendly and we communicated through WhatsApp if we needed anything. I will definitely stay again and recommend this place to my friends who are passing through Muscat.

Very good location, 10min walk to the Qurum beach and 10min walk to the park

1. The wifi in our room did not work the whole stay (3 nights) 2. it was quite cold in the rooms (but we received blankets after our request so was taken care of quickly) 3. the shared kitchen is rather kitchen used by guest house staff which may be alao uaed by the guests - quite dirty, very smelly - should be really improved.
