Beautiful bright and clean. Nice furniture and quality bedding and towels

It was very warm in the unit. No air conditioning. A few fans, but not enough. The doors were heavy and good quality, it would have been nice to a proper door stopper

So we sent 3 messages as a bed request was asked for.We asked for the beds to be made up as doubles.Only 1 was.Find this v poor as what's the point in asking if you just ignore the request.Also late checkout wasn't available.There were 4 cleaners who arrived at 10am.Check in isn't till 4pm.Absolutely no way it takes 6 hrs to clean a flat.It said late checkout was an option then when you request it's not available.That is bizarre!

Es muy amplio y cómodo, las instalaciones están todas nuevas y el espacio de cocina y comedor abierto con ventanales hacia la ciudad es muy cómodo y relajante

The location is great, fairly quick and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The view from the living room is nice on a sunny day.

Difficult to unlock and lock front door at first until you learn the trick. Must lug suitcases up stairs. Furnishings are cheap, sofa not very comfortable, no drawers for clothes, inadequate storage space in bathrooms, etc. Awkward, odd layout of rooms No counter space in bathrooms Shower small and No shelf for bath products in shower Towel warmer and exhaust fan in small bathroom dont work Broken window in bedroom with Tacky looking cover. Workers arrived unannounced on Monday to replace the window but we had to tell them to come back after we leave because we didnt want the disruption and mess - poor coordination. No blackout curtains, only thin drapes throughout. Bedroom door squeaks, needs maintenance. No balcony Automatic closers on all the doors is inconvenient. Apartment gets Very hot….. No AC and windows do not open very much and have no insect screens. Cleaning was not great, we found hairs, a used q-tip and coins in the floor, just poor cleaning effort. Unclear where to put recycling. No dedicated charging station, we had to charge everything on kitchen counter. Building frequently shakes from heavy traffic on adjacent main thoroughfare.
