Lokalizacja super, piękne zielone osiedle. Cicha spokojna okolica, ale blisko do miasta. Ślicznie wyremontowane mieszkanie, duże okna z widokiem na miasto, dwie łazienki. Fajne wyposażenie kuchni (kostkarka do lodu w taki upał - cudo!) i łazienek.
Dodać kilka kapsułek z kawą, skoro jest expres. I może zabezpieczyć trochę wyjście w wanny, bo wysoka i robi się ślisko.

Lokalizacja ok. Blok i osiedle odstrasza ale sam apartament w miarę świeży. Widok z balkonu bardzo ładny.
Na duży minus nieprzyjemny zapach na wejściu (może to gryzący detergent). Nie działający pilot od dekodera (sklejony taśmą). Dziury w suficie w łazience oraz ruchomy blat pod zlewozmywakiem. Szafki w kuchni też wymagają porządnego wyczyszczenia.
