Lokalizacja ok. Blok i osiedle odstrasza ale sam apartament w miarę świeży. Widok z balkonu bardzo ładny.
Na duży minus nieprzyjemny zapach na wejściu (może to gryzący detergent). Nie działający pilot od dekodera (sklejony taśmą). Dziury w suficie w łazience oraz ruchomy blat pod zlewozmywakiem. Szafki w kuchni też wymagają porządnego wyczyszczenia.

Wszystko co potrzebne, było na miejscu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Komfortowy i przestronny apartament. Polecam serdecznie :)
Jedyne co bym zmienił, to nisko umieszczona deszczownica w wannie .
