Great location. Lovely helpful staff.
It was extremely hot while we were there and we we unable to get an AC roof or a portable fan until our last day.

Vias is a great place to stay in Gorlitz. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is ample, and the apartments are well appointed. Appreciated they had fans during the heatwave. Floor four has AC.

Perfect apartment for a short stay - could have stayed longer.
Nothing was very happy with our stay - would have liked some toiletries in the bathroom

Breakfast was OK, easy access to get the food, though the hours could be a bit later as we had to rush to go downstairs for breakfast
No air conditioning made the stay very difficult given how hot it was that week - I think you must put in A/C as soon as possible. Did not like all the spiders hanging in the windows.
