Good looking apartment, great position right in front of the Venice beach Private parking spot so awesome

Maybe a renovation to the shower would be good but it worked well

The location was great, and the condo itself was spacious. The property manager is very responsive.

This place has the potential to be great, but isn’t quite there yet. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was broken. They had to come and repair it during our short stay and we spent three days smelling the glue. At the end of our stay, the hot water heater broke and so we had 24 hours of only cold water. The property manager did attempt to get it fixed immediately, but when we left the property, the water was still cold. There were 10 hangers for 3 closets. The property manager did send over more when requested. But a quick inspection from time to time, of the condo amenities, could’ve rectified little things like this. Limited dishes, cups/glasses/mugs and in fact, not even enough coffee cups for all guests. There were only two prep knives so cooking was limited. There was no dishwasher and with the limited dishes I was constantly having to wash the dishes. For a condo that sleeps six there was one couch that could seat three comfortably with two side chairs. Relaxing in the living room with 6 was not comfortable. They would benefit from another couch. There is plenty of room for one. Also, in the online photos the condo featured outdoor patio lounge chairs, but when we arrived there were none, and there were only four patio chairs for the patio table instead of six. This was disappointing as the condo is right on the beach so lounging outside in the morning would have been lovely.
