First of all communication - flat owner is amazing for helping out to find solutions.
The flat is a 3 minutes walk from the bus stop, so it’s very convenient when you want to leave the car at the private parking lot, which is provided by the flat owner.

L’appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulito, abbiamo apprezzato la comodità della camera e del soggiorno, la cucina era veramente completa di tutto.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e presente per ogni nostra richiesta.

Location. Good contact/responsive house keeping lady.
The appartment needs complete renovation and it needs it now. Due to bad ventilation there is a bad smell - the owner must know about it - as there are air fresheners all over the appartment. The bathroom equipment is in really bad state (rust etc). As the owner, I would be ashamed to rent an apartment in such poor condition.
