The place where I would like to come back next year.

First of all communication - flat owner is amazing for helping out to find solutions. The flat is a 3 minutes walk from the bus stop, so it’s very convenient when you want to leave the car at the private parking lot, which is provided by the flat owner.

The apartment has a good potential but needs complete renovation!

Location. Good contact/responsive house keeping lady.

The appartment needs complete renovation and it needs it now. Due to bad ventilation there is a bad smell - the owner must know about it - as there are air fresheners all over the appartment. The bathroom equipment is in really bad state (rust etc). As the owner, I would be ashamed to rent an apartment in such poor condition.

Excelente, todo ordenado, camas cómodas, tiene wifi, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, limpiar, muy completo en todo sentido! Muy lindo lugar, recepción y comunicación con el anfitrión excelente! Incluso si llegas un poco más tarde como me pasó que se me atrasó el tren, coordinamos horarios excelentemente

Bilocale o seminterrato a Palu'?

La posizione era a circa 500 MT da piazza righi

Per l'appartamento bisognava scendere due scale e si trovava allo stesso livello del garage per questo era umido tutti gli arredi erano molto forti vecchi e il letto matrimoniale in realtà era un divano letto, con un materasso di 10 cm.

Cercavo una struttura con uso di cucina in cui poter pranzare e cenare con i miei figli ma non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovare ogni genere di confort per cui ci tornerò sicuramente.
