Nice flat in a great location in town centre, close to ski lifts.
Decent size living room. Beds are comfortable, 2 bathrooms is good.
Let down by poor electrics and appliances.
Socket broken in the kitchen before our arrival (taped over so known about) meant the microwave and kettle weren’t useable. Washing machine didn’t work properly either.
Issues reported but no action.
Would stay again if these niggles were fixed.

the location was great, near a ski lift, shops and restaurants
it needs renovation… despite the thermostat, the heaters were either full on or off, impossible to get comfortable temperature

Posizione ottimale, sistemazione adeguata per nucleo familiare di 4 persone.
Appartamento dotato di 2 bagni, 2 TV, comodissimo il garage auto al piano seminterrato collegato al piano dell'appartamento direttamente tramite ascensore, pelresente portiere presso lo stabile, isola ecologica per raccolta differenziata ubicata anch'essa al piano seminterrato. In appartamento presente tutto l'occorrente (piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentolame, coperte, elettrodomestici, utensili per pulizie correnti etc).
Check in presso hotel Lorenzetti con personale disponibile e cortese, altrettanto il portiere presente presso lo stabile.
In generale l'appartamento necessita di alcune manutenzioni indispensabili per vivibilità e un minimo di contemporaneità:
1. Quasi tutte le prese elettriche vecchio tipo anni 70 senza adattatori
2. Nelle due occasioni di utilizzo la lavatrice ha espulso acqua durante il lavaggio
3. Vecchia porta "a soffietto" del bagno in camera del tutto rotta per cui non era possibile chiuderla, con tutti i disagi di non avere privacy in bagno
4. Ad un certo punto del soggiorno è sopraggiunto un forte cattivo odore dalla fecale del bagno in camera che ha pertanto reso molto difficile la permanenza in camera da letto per riposo notturno, aggravato dalla impossibilita di isolare il bagno a causa della porta rotta di cui al punto precedente.
