Odlicno opremljena i moderno uredena stara dalmatinska kucica. Savrsena za 2 osobe, a s nama su bila i 2 psa bez dodatne naknade. U kuci se moze pronaci sve od igle do lokomotive te je dobar izbor i za duze boravke. Pogled s balkona je predivan, pogotovo uz jutarnju kavu kada je na balkonu hlad. Vrlo blizu se nalazi trgovina, a i lokalne plaze su ok za kupanje (ako imate psa, tesko je pronaci dobru lokaciju za kupanje). Povlja je vrlo mirno i tiho mjesto.
Do kuce nije moguce doci autom, vec se treba parkirati nekoliko minuta dalje. U kojem god smjeru da se krene, ima stepenica tako da ovaj smjestaj nije dobar izbor za teze pokretne osobe.
