Very nice and comfortable appartment - wonderful view.

Simpatičen APP z dobro razporeditvijo, tik ob morju. Lep razgled na zaliv in sončni zahod. Čisto in kuhinja dobro opremljena. Komunikacija z lastnikom ustrezna, a le preko e - spročil v angleškem jeziku. Zelo nam je ustrezala možnost uporabe shrambe za kolesa in sup. Hvala za lepo bivanje in prikupno doživetje mirne Povlje.

Za naše navade nekoliko pretrda ležišča. Slabo tesnenje vrat hladilnika in ne možnost uporabe tende na balkonu. Občasno je lahko slišan tudi noči hrup nekaterih mimoidočih dopustnikov.. Vse omenjeno nam sicer ni kvarile dopusta in bi se še vrnili.

The place was comfortable and spotless, and the view from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen was great, and having two bathrooms really makes a difference when four people are staying in the apartment.

The hosts are incredibly irresponsible, and they do not seem to care about their guests. They do not live nearby and are unable to help if you need anything. I have reserved many accommodations through Booking before, and it has always been my understanding that, for security reasons, hosts provide the passcode to the key lock box on the day of arrival. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN HERE. I spoke with Tobias the day before our trip, asking whether there was a hairdryer in the apartment. He replied that there was not (later, we discovered that there actually is a hairdryer in one of the bathrooms), so I had no reason to believe that anything would go wrong. A few hours before check-in, I sent a message with our arrival time and asked for the code to the lock box. An hour passed with no reply. I tried calling the number provided on Booking, but that number is no longer in use. We started to panic, but we were already far from home, so we decided to go to the apartment and hope that someone would be there to greet us. When we arrived, there was only a lock box, and we had no way of opening it. My friend was resourceful enough to go to the nearby ice cream shop and ask if anyone knew the hosts. Luckily, the owner of the shop had their WORKING phone number and was able to reach Tobias. It turned out that only the cleaning lady knew the code, so we had to wait until they could get in touch with her. In the end, we got inside and had a great stay, but this situation could have ended very differently. It was an incredibly stressful and frightening situation to be in, made even worse by the fact that one of my friends was pregnant. I hope the hosts learn from this experience and make sure that something like this never happens to another guest.
