Ubicazione, a pochi passi dal centro polifunzionale lingotto, fermata Metro e tram , eataly. Zona molto bene servita. Appartamento confortevole e ben pulita fornito di tutto punto. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile.

La struttura gode di una posizione ottima, si trova vicino alla metro Lingotto ed è velocissimo raggiungere il centro. La casa gode di ogni comfort, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tv in camera, doccia ampia... La casa era super pulita e ordinata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli appendiabiti o la grande armadiatura, elementi non scontati all’ibterno di alloggi di questo tipo.
Purtroppo l’appartamento (probabilmente a causa della palazzina vecchia in cui è collocato) ha dei gravissimi problemi di insonorizzazione. Si sentiva qualunque movimento facessero i vicini, dall’accensione dell’interruttore della luce, alle loro telefonate, fino ai i bisogni in bagno in piena notte. Ovviamente la proprietà non é responsabile della maleducazione del vicinato (facevano anche telefonate in vivavoce dalle 7 del mattino) ma le nostre dormite sono state interrotte diverse volte a qualunque orario del mattino e della notte.
