Just across the street from a great beach, this condo was cute, clean and comfortable. There was a view of the ocean in the distance. There were several reasonable dining options within walking distance and an ABC store right up the street. The management staff were very responsive. There was a brown out in the area while we were there, and the team was in touch with us throughout that to ensure we got power back up and running.

There were so many stairs everywhere… I think this gives each unit more of a private field, which is great but getting around, especially with a bunch of snorkel gear beach gear or luggage was kind of a hassle It does get fairly windy in Kihei in the afternoon and there was something with the lanai door that would cause a high-pitched whistling noise when it was very windy. We couldn’t quite figure it out. We loved that it had a washer and dryer available clearer instructions on the dryer would’ve been great because it’s some type of an eco-dryer and I didn’t figure out that there was a water collection tank( from the clothes in the dryer I guess) that needed emptying periodically. Apparently prior guests had been unaware of this also as it was completely full.

El piso está muy bien, tiene parking y tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El barrio es bueno. En el piso hay todo que puedas necesitar. Todo el complejo es zona de no fumadores

Aunque las sábanas y las toallas están limpias y todo bien, peor La limpieza de salón está bastante justa- las alfombras y el sofá podría estar más limpios.. aunque el complejo es de no fumadores hay vecinos que no cumplen. Es una pena aunque no es culpa de alojamiento .

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Fortunately we are fit, since it is impossible to get into or out of this unit without doing a minimum of 6 steps or more. The view was nice, and the air conditioning was easy to control when we needed it.

This complex is uphill, and we are elderly, and it is a rather long walk if you don't have a car. A very small bathroom for such a big unit. Just not designed that well.

There is weaved mat as curtains, one of the weaved mat was missing, so the window wasn’t completely covered. One of the sliding door tint was coming off. By the second day there were small cockroach's seen in the kitchen and bathroom. The lighting wasn’t that great in the bedroom and living room, plus it was hard to get an outlet close to your bed in the bedroom.
