About this apartment rental
Our condo is family owned and operated (unit 402) and this beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom beach front condo offers stunning ocean and sweeping white water views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The condo was completely renovated from top to bottom. Fresh colors, new ac, updated kitchen, top notch bathrooms with centrally located washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for fine dining and the spacious private lanai is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or sunset dinners.
This condo is at the north end of the building, which is adjacent to South Kihei Road and can at times have some noise. The location is great with sandy beaches in both directions and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained and has panoramic ocean views. The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden and BBQ area with gas BBQ's, tables, and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.

Wonderful stay! Spectacular Ocean and Mountain View just as advertised. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen and dining area. Excellent central location with great weather.

Excellent house and location. Had outstanding views (especially the sunset) and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked meals several times during our stay. It was a great stay.

Our stay was perfect from our arrival to departure. The location is the absolute best in Maui. Hosts were phenomenal. We can’t wait to return.

Everything about this vacation rental was fantastic. We were able to change our arrival date and Shawna was great and responsive with the updates. During check-in, we met Chuck as we got to the property a bit early and he was very helpful to let us put our groceries in while the cleaners were still there.The unit was very clean and the kitchen was not only fully stocked but organized in a manner that my type-A wife truly admired and appreciated! Closet full of boogie boards, chairs and beach towels. Having a laundry unit was a HUGE plus!! The location is great, quick walk access to both beaches Kamaole I & II. My wife and kids loved the natural foods market across the street and walked over every morning for their acai bowls. There are some great local spots to eat just a walk away.While this location is central to most everything, it is along the main road and can be noisy. We stayed closer to Wailea in the past where it is much quieter, but not within walking distance anything. So you'll have to take this into consideration what is important to your vacation needs.Lastly, sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening overlooking the Pacific was probably the best feature of the condo. Would not hesitate to book again on our next visit to Maui!!
