Excellent location, close to everything. Wi-fi good.
Can be noisy, due to central location and building work going on on adjoining street. Shower room is exceptionally small. Can't change size of shower room nor control building works. Could supply instructions on sofa bed, microwave and extending table. Iron and hairdryer supplied which is ideal as well as use of washing machine and fridge freezer.

Awesome location
Toilet leaking across the bathroom floor with every flush … possibly miscommunication between cleaners and owners who knows but not great and expected that fixed asap before other guests have to put up with the problem
