Nice quiet street, easy access to the beach, short walk to boardwalk/stores/ restaurants, few minute drive from Food Lion, large backyard was great for kids, eating outside and corn hole, the swingset was perfect for our 8 and 9 year olds, kitchen stocked with pans, bake wear, and mixing bowls, had enough serving utensils, cups, and silverware, great laundry unit. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. The bunks were doubles and there is a trundle so the group could spread out.

It is an older house, so hard to keep cool during hot summer days, ran AC most of day and would freeze at night but warm during the daytime; back 2 rooms different temperature than room off of kitchen. Bring blankets, no extra provided. No dishwasher - bring dish soap. They do let you know that there is no initial stock of paper products, bring everything-hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, baggies and foil. Did get a ticket for parking on the street, pay attention to the signs and make the most of the driveway space, do not assume because you are renting that you are a resident.
