Nice place, walking distance from the beach and some restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Place was large for 9 grown people to sleep comfortably w an additional air mattress. Trying to put two people on the pull out couch didn’t seem realistic to me. Only feedback is more supplies, no trash bags, toilets paper, or detergent

The location of this property is perfect. The property was clean and easy check in. I had two issues 1 there is no futon in the house. The two couches have pull out beds that were not sleepable. We made it work but it was difficult. The 2nd issue is Saturday there was a huge party behind the house. Music way passed midnight. So be expected to have that take place because the houses are very close. The property owner is very polite and responsive. We got an exceptional rate and I cant complain. If the two couches were updated we would return next year at this location.
