Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko wszędzie. Blisko do plaży i do skalistych basenów i zatoczek w Costa Paradiso, tak samo do restauracji i małego sklepu. Dom czysty. Dobrze utrzymany, prosty i schludny. W sam raz dla 3 lub 4 osób. WIdok na morze z tarasu, zapewniającego kompletną prywatność, Na odbiór moża umawiać się indywidualnie z przemiłą p. Kasią.
W sezonie ze względu na zagęszczenie i bliskość innych domów głośni sąsiedzi będą zauważalni, ale to cecha całej miejscowości. Generalnie spokój i cisza.
