Posizione buona ma purtroppo con esposizione al sole inesistente
Arrivati con riscaldamento spento e dopo avere realizzato che c’erano 17/18 gradi massimo chiediamo di accendere il riscaldamento e abbiamo dovuto fare la stessa richiesta per tre giorni consecutivi. La casa non esposta al sole era fredda così come tutto il contenuto era freddo e quindi abbiamo dovuto acquistare una stufetta elettrica per sopravvivere. C’era un termostato/termometro che indicava 22 gradi ma un termometro da noi acquistato indicava molto meno. Qualcosa non funzionava .
