Apartament na 3 piętrze budynku z dojściem po stromych schodach. Samo mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone z aneksem kuchennym. Przystanek autobusowy tuż przy budynku, co ma duże znaczenie w dojazdach na stoki. Parking tuż za budynkiem.
Brak negatywów - na windę raczej nie ma szans.
