The location was ideal—we were happy with where the apartment was. It was near Santa Clara, in the middle of a authentic quarter, yet on a quiet street with no cars and not too many people walking by. The people living around us were locals and entire families; they’d hang their laundry out to dry and chat with each other from their windows. It’s an experience you have to see for yourself. The rental agency took care of everything; there were no problems. They even called us to check if everything was okay, and communication in English was seamless. Thanks for the coffee ♥—it was delicious.

I must warn you - the stairs could be problem for older or disabled people! But as I said - it is a house where families with kids live, you can make it without problem, if you are able to walk high stairs. There were three pairs of beds - one in the bedroom (Ikea spring bed, uncomfortable), one in the kitchen (a foldable sofa/couch, very very uncomfortable) and a double-decker (bunk bed) in a walk-through corridor between kitchen and bathroom without windows. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we could make it, but for older people or 6 people - not recommend.

Appartamento molto grande e ben accessoriato. Oltre alle 2 camere con i 4 letti c'è anche un divano letto che ci hanno preparato ed è stato molto utile. La posizione della casa è perfetta in quanto vicina alla metro ed al centro e come pure al porto Beverello che ci ha permesso di fare anche delle escursioni fuori Napoli. Essendo vicino l'università ci sono molto bei locali dove poter bere e magiare. Apertura portone e porta appartamento tramite app Questo è stato utilissimo in quanto ci ha permesso di essere più liberi senza vincolo delle chiavi.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Maggiore chiarezza in merito al pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. In fase di pagamento ci è stata chiesto una commissione di 4 euro in più a persona che non era riportato in booking.

La struttura ha una posizione ideale

Le scale non sono fotografate e sono un problema enorme. Con passeggino non l'avrei mai scelta. Altissime e tantissime. L'acqua calda una volta su 5 ha funzionato. Lo staff è venuto ad aggiustarla ma il problema è restato e abbiamo lasciato stare.
