Le quartier est très calme. L'appartement possède une terrasse ombragée privative et convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes. L'appartement est frais et propre avec du mobilier de qualité (lits 160, placards dans les chambres, rideaux dans les chambres spacieuses). L'accueil par une personne chaleureuse et agréable.
Le peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner (couteau d'office, planche à découper digne de ce nom, peu de couverts, de verres à vin...) Manque de porte manteaux dans la salle de bain et dans les chambres. Pas de salon de jardin sur la terrasse.
