Elevator, nice room, quiet location but close to town Hotel has a washer dryer and water/ice machine, room has microwave and kettle but bring your own tea or instant coffee
No amenities, just the very basics. room nice but small, glad I was in a room in my own or I would have struggled for the 6 nights Thankfully I brought my own tea bags

This was a great place to stay in Kyoto. The room was very comfortable and had lots of great amenities. It was very easy to check in to the property and they were extremely helpful when I requested to stay an extra night. I messed up the booking but they were super responsive and easy to deal with. It is in a great spot in Kyoto and easy spot to get around. Would stay again!

We booked 4 nights stay, nice room and facilities, however the rule to be quite after 9pm or getting fine ¥10K wasn’t good.
