Nice quiet area but still close to shops and subway stations.
Decent sized room, comfy bed and the AC was great. Access to laundry facilities (allow a good few hours for a wash and dry)
Staff were friendly when seen :)
We found there were lots of black hairs (neither myself or my partner have black hair) in the bathroom, on the bed and in the hallway. Maybe needs more of a vacuum between guests.

We booked 4 nights stay, nice room and facilities, however the rule to be quite after 9pm or getting fine ¥10K wasn’t good.
