We loved the room and the high ceiling giving a true Sicilian vibe, the balcony was also a nice addition with the shower being very good!
The location was nice and close to Etna Street being about a 10 min walk or so. It was close to a Lidl so if we needed supplies it was easy to go out and get these.
We enjoyed breakfast and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
There were 2 major issues with the facilities in the room. The first being that the sink was leaking and that the water was dripping out the bottom and onto the floor and due to this it had rotted the wood around the sink. This is something that will need to be checked and fixed.
Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t work so we had to get the staff to put out stuff in the main fridge away from the room which was inconvenient due to having to ask to get the stuff such as white wine etc.

A very pleasant stay close to the center of Catania. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well! The breakfast each morning was a nice addition. Overall, very good.
