Location-wise, a wonderful spot. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. We really enjoy our time here.

Cannot pay with Credit Card.

The room was very comfortable, modern, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent, convenient for both the airport and the main district. The security guard was also very helpful and friendly, which made a positive difference to the stay. Overall, the property itself is very nice and well maintained.

The payment process was confusing and quite stressful. I was asked to pay a 30% deposit via bank transfer to a Vietnamese account outside of Booking.com, which I did not feel comfortable with. As the booking was non-refundable, I did not understand why a deposit was required, as the property would receive payment anyway if I did not show up. I had to send multiple messages to Booking.com to try to clarify this, but my questions were not clearly answered, which took time and added to the frustration. There are also widely known risks of fraud when transferring money outside of booking platforms, so this made me cautious. In the end, the property agreed that I could pay in cash on arrival, which I appreciated. However, the process should be clearer and more secure to avoid unnecessary stress for guests.

Its it fairly new and clean

I booked the room because it is advertised as having and extra sofa bed. See photo. This room does not have a sofa bed. The advertising for this is wrong. I pointed this out to reception who didn't really seem interested (the advert is still wrong)
