MY CASA - SPITALIERI 2 - Superb Terrace Panoramic View AC

Very good location, easily walkable to the train station and to the beach, bigger Monoprix grocery store around the corner; elevator, A/C, washing machine and dryer, well equipped kitchen.

Terrace parasol ripped making use of the area impossible in the sun. Management co charges for early arrival and keys the keys blocks away

Location was excellent. Airconditioning was great and worked well in both rooms. Nice terrace and good kitchen.

Apartment was smaller than you could expect in the pictures but looked the same. Beds were not comfortable. The toilet was very small and didn’t have a sink. The shower and other taps were working poorly so it was at times difficult to get water. There were unexpected costs such as damage waiver which increased just before our arrival. Also there was no mention about late check in costs. Our key wasn’t prepared but luckily there was still staff at 8pm.

odeur d'ecoulement venant de la salle d'eau intense et inconfortable. debit d'eau quasi inexistant le soir dans la douche. parties communes circulantes et bruyantes. numero d'appel d'urgence continuellement sur boite vocale injoignable ,nous obligeant à retourner à l'agence chercher les draps manquant(heureusement tres proche)
