De locatie, de indeling, de aanwezige materialen en invulling van het appartement. Goed bed, lekkere douche en de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. De goede bereikbaarheid van de verhuurder en de snelle service bij vragen.

The girls on reception were absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable, polite & courteous. Location was brilliant with view of beach and beyond. Might sound strange but a nice surprise was the brilliant washing machine as others either haven't worked at all, dont spin etc. Already booked for next year.
Nothing really about apartment. Gypsies on beach with so called cheap alcholic drinks are an absolute pain. Drugs being openly sold in and about Cafe Benidorm bar, 2 male staff even selling in ladies toilet when wife went in.

La ubicación y las vistas. El bedel muy amable.
Poco menaje de cocina, solo había 2 vasos , 3 cucharillas, 2 tenedores y cuchillos… al final alquilas un apartamento para hacer uso de cocina.
