Walkers Retreat was in an idealic location a short drive from Hereford town. The views across the fields to the beautiful Church were just beautiful. We absolutely loved the accomodation, very comfy beds, kitchen very well stocked and beautiful exposed beams. We will be back!

Generally, the top floor apartment could do with a little refresh, but it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The outlook from the balcony overlooking the fields and stables was just beautiful. It was great to have this area to relax on. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Ideally located for all the places that we wanted to visit in the surrounding area. Parking good. Perhaps have a couple of wine/prosecco glasses, but otherwise well equipped, with enough general crockery etc which is in good condition. Thank you for sharing your accommodation with us.

Could do with a parasol on the balcony, as it was very hot during our stay, too hot to sit out at times. The shower was awful and in fact almost unusable - either boiling you alive or very cold. Very difficult to operate the temperature controls successfully unfortunately. The owners dog liked to use the ground floor garden apartment as its toilet, which was not particularly nice to view when sitting out on the balcony and must be annoying for the people staying in the ground floor apartment. We were unable to lock the key safe when we left, just couldn't get the door to shut on it.

Lovely quiet everything you need for a great time.
