Сподобалось, що наявні усі необхідні побутові речі, досить чисто та гарний ремонт. Є все кухонне приладдя, все працює. Чудово працює опалення, навіть в морози тепло.
Квартира на першому поверсі без решіток на вікнах, хоча вхід через внутрішній двір, але необхідно спускатись по стареньких сходах (був нечищений сніг і слизько, ледь не впала). Також розмір квартири, він відповідає заявленому, але на практиці не зручно ні відкривати будь які дверцята, ні до шафи добратись.

Дуже компактна квартира. 20-25 хв від центру пішки. Залишалися на три ночі, були в принципі всім задоволеним. Був також мінімальний набір посуду, пральня машинка та фен.
