La ubicación, la amplitud, los AC en cada habitación y la limpieza general. La luz natural que tienen todas las habitaciones. La lavadora de ropa funciona excelente. La estufa permite usar gas o electricidad. A menos de 5 minutos encuentra uno supermercado, panaderías, cafeterías y restaurantes. A 10 minutos está la Plaza Principal y un sinnúmero de lugares donde comer y pasar el rato de muy buena calidad y servicio. Se puede contactar rápidamente con la empresa que administra el lugar via whatsApp.
Al recibir las llaves me presentaron el departamento demasiado rápido. Y después tuve que pedir se instalaran focos faltantes, revisaran le regadera de uno de los baños y descubrir como se armaba el sofá cama, cosa nada fácil. La cama principal necesita un nuevo colchón. Por su ubicación aceptamos que tendríamos que subir más de 20 escalones estrechos, quizá para otros viajeros esto sea incómodo.

Aircondition virkede ikke da vi ankom så vi kunne ikke sove på 1. salen pga varme (+35 grader). Den efterfølgende dag kom de og fiksede det, heldigvis!
Dårlig belysning på badeværelserne og ingen lys over spisebordet da alle pærer var sprunget!
Beskidt tagterrasse og kun to stole!
Ved et voldsomt regnvejr den ene dag regnede det ned i stuen og på sovesofaen så møblerne måtte flyttes!
Den extra seng der tilbyde til den 4. person er ikke til at sove på. Madrassen er tynd og fjedrene “går igennem”. Valgte at lave sofaen om til seng!

OTTIMA POSIZIONE.
APPARTAMENTO MOLTO FREDDO, MATERASSI MOLTO SCOMODI. RISCALDAMENTO NON FUNZIONA. INFISSI MOLTO VECCHI E IL FREDDO SI SENTE A QUALSIASI ORA. LA PORTA ENTRATA PRINCIPALE NN SI APRE TUTTA. SCALA ENTRATA MOLTO PERICOLOSA. IO SONO STATO UNA SETTIMANA CON UN BAMBINO DI 3MESI.. CON IL PASSEGGINO QUASI IMPOSSIBILE SALIRE E SCENDERE TUTTI I GIORNI… IN 6 GIORNI NEANCHE UN CAMBIO BIANCHERIA/ASCIUGAMANI. ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE!!!
