Propreté impeccable, appartement calme et magnifique, très paisible et calme.
Le lit est très bruyant. Il est inconfortable pour un couple.

Logement très bien placé et calme avec des petits restaurants sympathiques à côté. Le tramway est vraiment à 2 pas ce qui est bien pratique pour circuler notamment lorsqu'on a pas de véhicule
La boite pour récupérer les clés et proche du logement mais je la trouve difficile d'accès.

Het gebouw waar het appartement deel van uitmaakt heeft een eigen parkeerterrein, naar het centrum loop je in 15 minuten. Het appartement heeft naast de efficiente inrichting een paar leuke designitems en de tv deed het. Op zich reageerde de verhuurder vlot als je wat wilde weten.
De borg van €400 was op de avond van aankomst procedureel wat lastig te garanderen met m'n creditcard, maar zonder borg kreeg je de code voor het kastje met de toegangssleutel niet. Dat sleutelkastje hing in een straat verderop aan zomaar een regenpijp. Na binnenkomst vond ik die borg zwaar overdreven, gewoon een basic appartement, zonder wat voorraad aan vuilniszakken, olie & azijn bijv., en met een onlogisch opgehangen kledingstang.
