A wonderful stay for all of us, we had a great time.

We were pleasantly surprised by a bright, spacious apartment with a beautiful interior and furniture, straightforward layout, tall ceilings, wooden floors throughout (with the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen), and a large balcony. Our host had provided some drinks and snacks, too, and was very welcoming and friendly, always reachable through WhatsApp, and even sent a video on locating the key lockbox. The apartment is within walking distance of the city centre and the river. If you are in this area, I'd highly recommend it.

Le 40 was great and the host was excellent

The communication with the host was excellent! They even helped us make dinner reservations because of the language barrier with restaurant staff. The kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom items were well stocked. There was a room with tons of children's toys that worked out perfectly for 5 and 2-year-old grandchildren. I can't say enough good things about the host.

Un hébergement rêvé à Sarreguemines

Si c'était possible, j'octroierais la note de 11/10 au 40! Car tout était impeccable, de l'appartement lui-même, spatieux, confortable, très propre, très bien équipé, aux belles attentions disséminées un peu partout, en passant par l'accueil, aussi fluide que sympathique, et les conseils (remarquable restaurant à Grosbliederstroff, belle balade à Bitche). Vive la Moselle, vive Sarreguemines, vive le 40! Mon enthousiasme est 100% sincère. Un regret: ne pas être resté plus longtemps…

Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, grosszügig dass Getränke und Snack zur freien Verfügung standen. Nathalie hat uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen und gleich noch einen Platz reserviert. Das nennen wir Service!

Wohnen wie zuhause

Toll ausgestattete, großzügige und sehr saubere Wohnung mit schönem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Nathalie ist eine super Gastgeberin, sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Für Kleinkinder gibt es ein Babybett, Babyphone, Spielsachen, Hochstuhl etc. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und im Bad liegen u.a. Handtücher bereit. Alle Fenster haben Rolläden. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie lief sehr unkompliziert (sogar auf Deutsch).

Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Schlafzimmer zur Gartenseite sind allerdings sehr ruhig.

Sehr komfortable und großzügige Wohnung!

Super komfortable und sehr große Wohnung. Super ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Die Vermieterin kümmert sich wirklich sehr um die Gäste - obwohl sie selbst nicht zuhause war hat sie Videos gemacht, so dass alles perfekt geklappt hat. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ausreichend Platz für bis zu drei erwachsenen Paaren = 6 Personen. Ich selbst habe zur Straße hin geschlafen und wenig vom Verkehr mitbekommen.

Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte!

Ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt als Familie. Nathalie ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Schlüsselübergabe geschah persönlich mit vielen guten Tips für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnungsausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen, von kleinen Snacks und ersten Getränken bis hin zu Wärmflasche und Fieberthermometer ist alles da, was man theoretisch brauchen könnte. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank!
