Nice apartment near the city center

Can’t recommend using the underground parking. It is almost impossible to get out of the underground parking garage without damaging the car. Use street parking instead.

Diese Wohnung, so nett sie auch eingerichtet ist, können meine Frau und ich nicht empfehlen.

Auf der einen Seite ein nettes kleines Appartment, renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Lage in der Kleinstadt gut, gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Das Haus an sich mit vielen Mietern und Eigentümern ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Der Zugang zur FeWo erflogt über eine Treppe ein Stockwerk nach oben, dann muss man wieder eine Etage herunter (nicht praktisch mit Gepäck und/oder ältere Leute).

Küche klein, Dusche/WC sehr eng. Die angebotene Tiefgarage empfehle ich NICHT zu nutzen. Die Ausfahrt für ein modernes Auto ist so gut wie unmöglich (mit meinem Peugeot 2008 bin ich kaum herausgekommen, das ist heutzutage eher ein kleineres Auto. Mit einem heute "normalen" Auto ist das Herasufahren ohne Schaden unmöglich. Deswegen waren in den 5 Nächten vor Ort nicht ein von ca. 10 Plätzen darin besetzt und die Seitenwände mit Styropor beklebt). Man kann aber gratis auf der Straße und auf einem ca. 100m entfernen Parkplatz parken. Dieser Hinweis wäre besser gewesen, als uns bei der Anreise in eine unmögliche Tiefgarage zu locken! Das Schlimmste war jedoch der GULLIGERUCH, den wir an jedem der 5 Tage vor Ort hatten! Der Eigentümer verneint dies zwar (wohl regenbedingt, es hat aber keine 5 Tage geregnet!) aber meine Frau und ich haben dort 5 Nächte verbracht und hatten mehrmals täglich eine starke Geruchsbelästigung, isnbesondere nach Nutzung der Dusche, der Toilette und des Waschbeckens.. Es ist wohl auch nicht umsonst, dass der Eigentümer Geruchskerzen und einen elektrichen Geruchsdiffusor einsetzt. Anmerkung: die Kombi von Gulli und chemischem Parfum war noch schlimmer als der Gulligeruch alleine, weshalb wir diesen entfernt haben.

Joli appartement avec balcon. Bien agencé, très propre et fonctionnel. Livret d'accueil avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Prévoir une table pliante avec des chaises de hauteur normale.

Bel appartement, confortable et bien équipé. Endroit calme avec possibilité de se garer dans la rue,

Manque une table et des chaises pour prendre les repas à l'intérieur mais on arrive à se débrouiller avec la table basse du salon pour un jour ou deux .

L'absence de manuel d'utilisation de la télé, du micro-ondes, mais surtout de la plaque chauffante. Il n'a pas été possible de cuisiner durant tout le séjour à part réchauffer au micro-ondes (bof !)

Tolle Wohnung, kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen und guten Zustand. Die Lage war ruhig und doch gut gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren online erreichbar und sehr freundlich.
