L'emplacement en plein centre est vraiment top. L'appartement est refait à neuf. Les équipements sont bons. Parfait pour un séjour à Madrid !

We stayed at the apartment for six nights. The location is excellent—right in the city center and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, a lively plaza, and metro stations. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot.
However, the vibrant surroundings came with drawbacks. Noise from the bars and plaza across the street was constant, even with the windows closed, making it difficult to rest. The apartment also faced a row of trash and recycling containers, which detracted from the view and added to the overall lack of comfort. Cleanliness was below expectations: towels weren’t fresh, there were hairs on the bedding, and the kitchenware was old and not properly cleaned. There was also no luggage rack, which made unpacking inconvenient.
