The property manager Noelia met me at the property to check us in, she was so lovely. Showed me everything / on the lead up to going on the trip the property owner was in communication and very responsive. The location of the property is FANTASTIC!! Right behind Grand Via, literally a 2 minute walk… just superb location! The apartment itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated and had everything, plus more than we needed - as we ate out everyday and spent most of the time outside. The host also recommended lots of great spots to see, local restaurants and even flamenco… we went to Flamenco - a few minutes walk from apartment …. Which was absolutely spectacular!!! Even our 8 year old was mesmerised, worth every penny! Honestly we had such an amazing time, Madrid is a beautiful city. And this apartment really helped to make our trip so memorable, for all the best reasons. This was a short trip of 3 days, but one we will remember always. We will 100% want to stay when we visit Madrid again and if you are going, book this place… you WILL NOT regret it!
Sometimes could hear neighbours TV late at night… but it didn’t stop us from sleeping.

It smells very bad, and i did not find room clean. Hairs are on the floor in the bedroom and sofa
