I thank all the employees for their kindness and excellent service. They helped me with everything. I forgot my bag at the airport, but thanks to the manager and the staff, it was returned to me. Thank you very much.

Everything was fine, starting with the welcome drink, the reception, and the driver who took us from the airport to the hotel, everything is good, and the manager is very nice

Nothing other than the room was clean and neat along with a good bathroom.
Breakfast was so boring and same everyday with no changes Location is located at a very weird place Electricity went out 3-4 times and we had to always take stairs to the 13th floor (not their fault as it's a location issue with some electricity fault or whatever it's)
