施設がとても綺麗だった。
洗濯機の使用について、事前に洗剤はあるかと質問し、洗剤はあるとのことだったので準備せず行ったが洗剤が無かった。 また、施錠された部屋があり、その部屋の使用についてよく分からなかった。 洗剤、部屋についてメールでの問い合わせには迅速に対応してもらえたので、その点については満足している。

綺麗でした。寝心地が良かったです。
掃除機が欲しい。時計が欲しい。洗濯機の乾燥フィルターにゴミが溜まっていた。バーベキューセットのガスボンベが必要です。ダストボックスに、ゴミが溜まっていた。 網戸に穴が空いていた。
