Sehr zentrale Lage, Dachterasse
Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung, Abfluss?
Nachts sehr laut, Diskothek direkt unter dem Fenster, Fenster bieten keinen Schallschutz.
Für das Schlafsofa unten war anfangs nur eine sehr dünne Decke vorhanden, erst später wurde eine dickere in einem Schrank entdeckt. Braune Flecken im Badezimmer, Schimmel?
