Quartier calme, immeuble sympa mais habitants un peu bruyant le soir. Le propriétaire est accueillant. Appartement propre, fonctionnel. Les bus périphériques C3/C4 à 5mn vous déposent vers le centre ville.
Le canapé rouge est à changer, les ressorts sont usés, on ne peut s’asseoir

La persona d contacto: puntual, atenta, proactiva. La ubicación del apartamento en una zona muy silenciosa y el vecindario encantadores. Próximo al centro, muy limpio. Justo a 20 m un centro donde oír flamenco auténtico!!
Al piso le faltaba mantenimiento ( puertas, persianas...) iluminación, pero es una opinión muy personal

En general bastante bien en cuanto a ubicación e instalaciones; poder contar con parking en la zona es de agradecer, además limpio y espacioso.
El sofá del salón y la cama, el uno se hundía y clavaba y la otra acompañaba cada movimiento con un cri-cri desagradable, junto a un colchón poco confortable.

Tiene parking privado y la atención personalizada. En cuanto al apartamento, la cocina y aseo.
Necesita reforma del mobiliario, tanto dormitorios como el salón, ese sofá necesita jubilarse.
