STRESSFUL! Don’t stay here.

1. TERRIBLE: No lock on the bedroom door. We did not feel safe and secure. The bathroom, separate to the bedroom, had a lock with a key but the bedroom didn’t. The host would not communicate with us about this. 2. HORRIBLE: The WiFi details were not communicated. We had to hunt down the cleaner to help us find WiFi details. The hosts didn’t respond to my request for WiFi information. . Terrible WiFi and the host would not answer any messages asking to reset it. 3. The accommodation advertised that they did luggage storage. But they did not do luggage storage I discovered later. I would not have booked this property had I known this. This was FALSE AND DECEIVING ADVERTISING on Booking.com.

I discovered before leaving Australia that there was no luggage storage. Even though booking.com said there was. My plane arrived 7am. This FALSE ADVERTISING is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by booking.com. And then yo arrive and have complication after complication. What a terrible and stressful beginning to my holiday.

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro station, with everything you need for a short stay. Easy to reach the city center, and the hosts are responsive and easy to communicate with, making it simple to arrange everything.

The ceiling is relatively high, making it challenging to cool the room during hot days, but it's not a significant issue.

Good location and staff but uncomfortable

Location was nice. Self checkin possible Staff was nice and available on Whatsapp

The Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It squeaks on every turn during the night and the mattress is very thin. Only one blanket was provided for 4 days of stay (we were two people)

Clean, 5 min to metropolitan station, the property is placed on a pretty quiet street and isolated from a street and neighbors by a fence. 5 min to store and supermarket.

Ants in the room and bathroom. Smoking smell last evening.

tutto ok! camera grande , pulita, funzionale, letto comodo. Bagno pulito. Posto comodo (vicino al locale Legend e a svariati posti dove cenare)

Avremmo gradito il bagno un po' più caldo e più acqua calda, viste le giornate gelide in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Ότι απαντούσε στα μηνύματα έγκαιρος ο διαχειριστής του δωματίου .

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε κλειδί , το μπάνιο ναι μεν ήταν στον ίδιο όροφο αλλά όχι μέσα στο δωμάτιο , το air conditioning έκανε θόρυβο κ δε ζέστανε αρκετά το δωμάτιο , δε μας καθάρισαν ούτε μας έβαλαν καινούργιες πετσέτες 4 νύχτες που μείναμε , η μπαλκονόπορτα ήταν κλειδωμένη ,

L' alloggio si trova in una piccola Villa in una zona residenziale ben abitata, cosa che mi ha confortato molto sentirmi in una zona sicura . La metropolitana e tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Consigliato

La cercania al metro quedaba directo al duomo

Solo una toalla de ducha para 2 personas en 4 días. Solo un rollo de papel para 4 dias, no funcionaban los dosificadores. Suciedad dentro del mueble escritorio y restos en el hervidor. Falta de intimidad, se ve el apartamento contiguo. La cama de matrimonio eran dos camas juntas. Falta de explicaciones sobre el pisos, como el WiFi.

Fantastico

La Villa si trova in una zona molto comoda ai mezzi pubblici e soprattutto alla linea di metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Il monolocale nonostante il caldo e ‘ dotato di aria condizionata che ci ha permesso di soggiornare al fresco senza patire le alte temperature. Si nota che è stato appena ristrutturato , con un bagno davvero bellissimo , rivestito in marmo. Devo ammettere che nonostante sia una Villa il prezzo è davvero conveniente. Consigliato vivamente.

Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo

Fantastica Villa, vicina alla metropolitana e ai mezzi pubblici. Il self check in, e’ molto comodo, si può accedere in qualsiasi orario dopo l’orario di inizio . L’unica cosa da tenere presente è il pagamento anticipato della tassa di soggiorno , perché il proprietario lamentava il problema che alcuni ospiti andavano via senza pagare. Molti consigliato anche per il prezzo decisamente inferiore alla media. Torneremo sicuramente a Settembre

Ottimo appartamento in una Villa a poca distanza dalla fermata della metropolitana che ti porta al Duomo di Milano in pochi minuti. Il self check in è molto comodo e senza problemi di orario. Tornerò a Settembre sicuramente

La struttura è carina in un quartiere tranquillo e comodo. L' assistenza è stata cortese e disponibile.

Ho trovato la stanza sporca,le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dal precedente cliente. Ho contattato l'assistenza che ha prontamente mandato la signora delle pulizie, ma abbiamo perso un'ora di tempo nell'attesa. Purtroppo per quanto riguarda la pulizia, per me fondamentale, sono stata fortemente delusa perché è un servizio che ho pagato e non ho ricevuto, in più per me è stato fonte di disagio e perdita di tempo.

Hem estat prou cómodes i estava net.

Un petit apartament en un barri tranquil, segur i ben comunicat amb metro i bus. Ben climatitzat amb cuina totalment equipada, televisor, wifi i sofà llit. El bany totalment nou i molt modern. bastant net i amb un gran finestral. Els dubtes que teníem ens els han respost sense problema per whatsapp.

El sofà llit és força incòmode, però lleugerament millor que dormir a terra. Si hi ha veïns se sent tot.

En general el apartamento excelente, la recogida de llaves muy cómoda y muy flexible de horario. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. La estación de metro y supermercados muy cerca. Repetiría sin duda, muchas gracias

Por poner algún pero, aunque todo era excelente, el sofá cama no es igual de cómodo que una cama y las almohadas duras, aunque sigue siendo calidad precio bueno. Hechamos en falta una cafetera, solo había de cápsulas y no teníamos para los 3 días que nos hospedamos.
