Quiet place at a great rate

Our host Dimitri was very reliable to contact and reply. The unit was lovely and spacious and was ground floor level which is always a bonus. Quiet neigbourhood. Shops very close by, as were some eateries. Metro and train was 15 min walk, and very reliable metro service

While the bed was veery comfortable, it was also low to the floor.

Appartment was excellent....everything you need was there even for a long stay. Clean and tidy. There was kichen supplies for cooking, towels, bed clothes and blankets. Grocery store nearby. Park for a sport activities +/- 10 min, metro 10 min. Felt safe there.

Nice apartment in Milan

The apartment had a nice modern touch, clean and equipped with everything you could need in an apartment, bed was comfy, ventilators were enough to keep us fresh during the night, the bathroom is super nice and clean. The price-quality ratio is probably the best I’ve ever gotten so far on booking, the area seemed nice and quiet, we walked around the area also at night and it seemed pretty quite and peaceful. The owner is probably one of the best owners you will ever meet: easy to reach, super nice and helps with anything you need. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Milan for a weekend or more, you’ll feel like you’re living in Milan.

The location is kinda far from downtown Milan so you will have to use the atm or buses to get there, but we didn’t have any issues with that since Milan has probably the most efficient (I would say the best) transportation system in Italy. The only issue I would mention would be that you can’t be out for too long at night because the atm closes at 12.30 am or 2.00 am (depending on what day it is) or you might need to get a cab or share a car. So it’s probably not ideal for people who want to be near the center and just walk around at night without having any time limits.

Very comfy stay!

Very clean, fresh air, had everything we needed and even if it was hot outside, the temperature was great inside the apartment. Has a local market very close which is also great. Only 10 minutes away from the metro station.

Great stay at good value!

Spacious bedroom and living space for two adults and a child. Everything was very clean and worked properly. Wi-Fi had no issues and kitchen was well equipped to cook. There is free street parking in the area and easy to find. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk and metro station to Milan is 10 minute walk. Self checkin was very easy and convenient!

We ran out of Internet, the owner did not warn us that we have dimit gigabytes. It was cold in the apartment, but you can plug in the battery, you need to write to the owner of the apartment.

Brand new apartment in residential area, northern part of Milan but still in Milan. Many good restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Little bit far from Metro have to walk 13-15min or you pay extra for bus and then metro. Internet quite slow for most of the time there.

Casa pulita ed ordinata, isolamento termico fantastico, fuori faceva caldo ma dentro si stava benissimo,caffè ottimo...il signor Dimitri sempre disponibile,garbato e simpatico... consiglio la struttura...

Distante dal centro (colpa mia che non ho verificato) ma è molto ben collegata con autobus n40 (fermata appena si gira l'angolo) e poi metro

Genial, como en casa!

Todo. Amplio, limpio, muy cómodo. Tiene de todo, no falta un detalle en el apartamento. El propietario muy amable, incluso nos dejó dos botellas de agua y bollería al llegar al alojamiento, lo cual fue un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Al lado de la parada de autobús que te conecta con el centro de Milán. Muy muy recomendable. Excepcional.
