o flat é grande, e tem de tudo pra uma estadia confortável, tinha panela, airfry…secador, microondas…mercadinho 24h do lado, farmacia na frente, da pra fazer muita coisa andando, o ar do quarto gelava muito bem.. ja fiquei em outras acomodações da pe na areia nesse predio e gosto sempre de todas.
senti falta de um paninho de prato, e tambem um cuidado melhor com a limpeza, o sofá tava bem sujinho e com um cheiro nao muito legal, mas fora isso, é um flat muito bom, grande, e bem localizado, checkin facil e o pessoal do predio é muito legal.

Não gostei pois não disponibilizam local para guardar as malas, n tem conveniência no flat, não tem lavanderia. Não gostei muito me senti super desconfortável
