    Hi I had a very disgrace bad experience in terms of food and staff behaviour. I had ordered mushroom salt and pepper and already informed that no chilli should be there.The order came and it was full of chilled ,after having one bite or two we called the room service staff and handed them back. Without any apology from any staff or any manager for this incident .At the time of checkout when the reception lady asked me about the experience I said all was ok except that.The other front line staff handed me the phone to talk to the room service person who showed arrogance and attitude towards me saying -sir yeah sab nahi hota hai,though I had paid for the entire food including the mushroom and never asked them to wave off but still. I was literally felt bad and left. I would never recommend this hotel or would stay here again to face such unobtrusive body language of employees. Thanks

    The stay was great. Rooms were clean and had proper linens. The washrooms were clean and the infrastructure was newly built, washrooms were tidy too. Towels and toiletries were given.

    Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was in very poor condition. There was a sofa in the room that had two exposed nails hidden inside the cushion, which ended up damaging my pant. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff, instead of taking responsibility, they immediately denied any compensation. They quickly removed the sofa from the room, which clearly showed they were aware of the problem, yet still refused to address it properly. To make matters worse, the manager’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. There was no concern shown for guest safety or satisfaction. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
