Handy location not far from Tam Coc Village and central to all the main sites. Great size family room with balcony and I thought traffic noise might be a problem, but it was never an issue.

Very friendly owner, quiet at night, comfortable bed, hot water and only a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town. There was also a cute dog

It was our first homestay and we really liked our stay there. It's central to most attractions and we can easily get around with a Grab.
The owner is super nice and makes us feel welcome. The rooms are the perfect size and well equipped. However, the rooms were a bit dusty and could be cleaned better. I still recommend this homestay if you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Ninh Binh.
