    Being a Women Solo traveller, we always look for the safety and comfortable stay. i was given a room inside a suit which had one main access door but two rooms inside it. This suite was located in the end of the corridor, totally hidden. the moment i stepped in, i requested the room boy to get me another room. he called up his reception staff and he denied it. (first i tried him thru landline but no response). He said i booked this room only. how do so cannot change and all rooms are full. Then i had to again call him from his staff mobile to plead him to give me a room on atleast a Humanitarian ground or i will leave the hotel. Then he considered. He gave me the 1st room. Room was very below average. Its a very old property. Toilet was clean The room door didnt have key hole and no chain lock available. Night time it was too noisy. Moring Breakfast is lower than average. No options. Not a single spoon or fork or drinking water were kept in table. we had to ask and wait for it. Such a elegant architecture but they failed to keep up in good condition. more like boarding type the main entrance was giving awful smell too.
