Located on the riverbank makes it an amazing place to relax, it is also possible to launch your own paddle board, canoes etc or just take a swim. It also does have mooring and fishing rights. It is just a 5 minute drive to the historic town of rye. which is packed with full range of restaurants and pubs.

Very simply said, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone.

We had the most amazing stay. The property is beautifully decorated outside as well as the inside. Will make the perfect stay with family or friends. Extra bonus is we were able to swim in the river using our own pontoon. Cant recommend enough!
