Villa The Treport offers a unique panorama, on 5 floors. The house is ideally located in Le Tréport, next to the church. You can park for free in front of the house and walk to all the shops and the port.
It has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces and stunning views of the horizon. Are you coming?

The Treport villa can accommodate up to 10 people, ideally 6 adults and 4 children. It is divided into 5 floors, on an area of approximately 250m2.
Restored a few years ago respecting the period materials, you will find the charm of the old with more modern and contemporary furniture. An elegant and authentic setting that will allow you to enjoy an iodized stay on the Normandy coast.
On the first floor are the kitchen, the living room and a first terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, small fridge, Nespresso, microwave, dishes, crockery, cooking utensils.
The living room has 2 sofas, a beautiful sea view and access to the terrace. The terrace is composed of 2 armchairs, a table and a small garden sofa. The perfect spot to admire the sunset!
The dining room is on the floor below. The room has a large table and 6 chairs (other chairs are in the kitchen), as well as a freezer and another fridge (larger). The room opens onto the 2nd terrace, smaller than the first but still with the view.
On the 1st floor, you will find the master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a wardrobe and a superb sea view. On the same landing there is a separate toilet and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and an Italian shower.
The other 2 double bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
The first one on the sea side, with a double bed of 160x200cm, a wardrobe, an Italian shower, a sink and a small desk for children.
On the other side, the third bedroom with a double bed of 140x190cm (2 mattresses), also an Italian shower, a sink and a wardrobe.
On the same landing, there is another separate WC.
On the top floor you will find the dormitory for children. It has 2 single beds in the mezzanine (stairs are to be taken) and a sofa bed. A paradise for children where they will find many toys and books!
For information, the dormitory will be closed for bookings of 6 people or less. If you wish to use the dormitory, you will be asked for an additional fee.
A 2-minute walk from the villa are stairs that lead directly to the port. You can also reach Mers-les-Bains on foot in 15 minutes.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Dogs under 10 kg are accepted, for an additional fee.

Please bring the bowl and the basket.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
